Error installing LogMeIn

I want to use LogMeIn to sharing an office. I want to add my 2nd computer, but when installing an error appears here it is.

The following error has occurred while registering with LogMeIn.com:

Unable to connect to the server

This problem may be due to a proxy server on your network that LogMeIn Installer did not detect automatically.
Would you like to configure your proxy setting now?

The 2 PCs are running Windows XP SP2, install the same way with the same software, same configuration. Only difference between the 2 materials. I checked network connection. IP addresses are not assigned by DHCP I occupy myself, same for DNS. If you need other info to help me feel free. Solutions?

It is on your home network? If it is in business, the sites of this kind LogMeIn are blacklisted.

yes it is on my local network.

Here I do not know if you got internet access, it should work through anything

For me, either I do not see because on the first pc the install goes smoothly and does not even ask me my LogMeIn account. Yes the same Internet connection and everything else works fine, I also install software like TeamViewer remote control it works without any problem.
