Controlling a PC / laptop remotely

I have a laptop connected to wifi with my pc through a router / modem and that I can control my diatance PC from my laptop. I searched on the net and I found interesting software (VNC among others) but they did not always meet my expectations [image too horribly ugly or slow, no sound in the computer control, unable to see the image on the screen of the computer that is controlled remotely and on the controls at the same time (if the remote control of windows), no possibility to access a computer from anywhere (eg I want to control a computer that is home to Canada when I'm in Japan)].
I would seek a free (if possible or otherwise it's not serious), where the image is not super slow or ugly and not the case with the videos, where you can have the sound on the computer control and not one that is controlled, where you can see the image on 2 computers at the same time or can be accessed from anywhere in the world to the computer you want. I know I am very selective but it is good if you have software to advise me (not VNC because I have already tried and there was no sound and image when I go on youtube). thank you in advance

What you ask does not exist. You must already realize that the limiting factor in the speed of the thing is neither more nor less than your internet connection. There is no miracle and as much of information. Already free to be back, VNC is the most effective at this level, as well as supports the remote desktop windows, but neither one nor the other you agree.

But, however you can test GoToMyPC:

You can test the stuff for free for 1 month.
I have never personally tested, but I have heard that it is good.

(PS: streaming video via a remote desktop is just a bad idea. I do not think you realized that you type in your Internet connection with this kind of thing)

If your PC (that you want to control) has XP Professional, you can just set up remote-desktop and use that. The host is into XP Pro (not home) and the client is part of all Windows XP and Vista editions.

Just google XP Remote Desktop and you'll find MS

Well personally, I LOVE LogMeIn, but the only other method would be to enable VNC on your PC... although admittedly, I don't know of any VNC programs on the PC. From there, if the PC is on your network, you may be able to connect to it from the Shared list of computers in the Mac OS X Finder.

Otherwise you could try Apple Remote Desktop.
