Norton 360 live update does not work

Hello,

so far I had Avira AntiVir in the free version was also used and no problems with it.

Since I use my computer but soon more or less to use professionally,
I had Norton 360 purchased with license for 3 computers.

Now the problem:

I have on my 1st Notebook Windows XP home installed on a separate partition, Windows Vista Home Premium. Everything is freshly installed and everything new.

On both operating systems I've now also installed Norton.

But: If I were to live under Vista-click update, it connects, it seems retrieve updates and then ended the whole in spirit with the message: Everything ok, everything updated

Under XP, but the following happened: He appears briefly to combine, and immediately afterwards comes the message:

Status: aborted

I have not yet managed to make an update after the installation.

In the task bar but is in the Norton icon, a green check, which seems to say everything is ok.

Nevertheless, I do not understand why the update is not done.

Can someone help me? I've already sent an email to Norton, because doing that but so far nothing.
