Unable to receive signal in the basement...

    hey friends,
I have connected one router in the top floor of my house. but in the basement, the reception of the signal is very weak.
In order to avoid problem, I was thinking to add an extra access point on the middle floor .

What should I do to receive signals to all the floors properly without any problem?

Since you are already receiving signals at your top floor properly, you just need to extend the signals so that its range is covered within all the floors.
    Simply get the repeater

    Add an extra Access Point.
Go for Linksys WAP54G Wireless-G Access Point

Backwards compatible with existing IEEE 802.11b devices at 11 Mbps

    Wireless MAC address filtering
Router not included, so you cannot connect multiple users to the Internet
