Werfault.exe and Wermgr.exe ?

I have problems with that Werfault.exe and Wermgr.exe using the 100% CPU and makes the machine very slow. I have tried to disable problem reporting, but it still sneak in the background and occasionally steals all the power. This will be accomplished in a few hours before it is reset again.

I have windows Vista OS.

Suspect that this might be a trojan or the like, without so far to have been confirmed this. Have run scan with McAfee and spybot with no luck, while AdAware hangs ..

Any suggestions?

it might be some kind of malware. Try to remove it with malware removal tool.
