Network/Internet Performance Trouble

hi there.....
Recently the internet has been extremely slow. I have done speed tests and all say the normal speed, of which it should be.
At the moment it is really troubling me as I am trying to work on internet. The problem is that it keeps getting constant blank pages and no connection to speak of.

Decided to check for viruses... nothing.
Please provide some internet trouble shooting steps...........

Before attempting anything Please take a back-up of registry before attempting any registry changes so that you can revert back if something goes wrong if in case.Just copy paste following code in Notepad and save the file with any name but the extension of the file must be .REG, and after that run the file:

These tweaks are good but won't give you 50% speed increase !

Most of the speed tweaks that the user is feeling may be pure psychological !
