I disable IPv6 by the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters\DisabledComponents reg key. But the checkbox is still selected, is there another key that is for this?
Anyone know how to remove the the checkbox for IPv6 ?

There is no way of disabling the checkbox unless you do it from the unattended file.
See this thread : How to uninstall the IPv6 protocol from Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 it will help you.
Disabling IPv6 on 2008 might lead to odd behavior with different services that you might run on top of the operating system which requires IPv6
