Problem with malwarebytes

After a scan with Malwarebyte, I corrected the probleme of some virus but since then the pc unbootable ... it remains on XP loading screen without. Failure mode does not work anymore.
I made a ntfsfix Knoppix but it does not solve anything.
Is the format required?

I am afraid it is. Unless you reach the Malwarebytes log to see what kind you have reached the blacklisted dll files of windows by mistake and recovered that file by searching a site, which I've forgotten the name.

You may be better off looking for help at the Malwarebytes' forum. They have an excellent team who will help you with your problem.
