How to remove Trojan Win32 ?

Trojan named Win32: Fasec [Trj] was found in my pc. impossible to quarantine it can not find the file C: \ Windows \ System32 \ msqpdxdxrqmsme.dll . At each opening to explore avast shows the virus and after 3 attempts to access my removal. I have Windows Vista, Internet Explorer
cAN can someone help me to remove that.

I also faced same problem that time i installed MALWAREBYTES launched a quick scan and found my ten trojan which this famous resycled win32 fasec
DELETE
After everything is OK.
