file sharing network in Vista

Hello,
I am unable to share files by networking with Vista. As soon as I try to open or copy a file that is on the network. It makes me an error I can not remember. And it's the same for others when they try to open or copy one of my files that I networked. So I've made two screenshot of my configs network. If you want more, tell me.

Apart from the fact that you can not copy a file, you are sure that both computers are connected to one another?

When you do ping, you find another pc?

Can not do it for me because if I assign ip to my computer, internet no longer walk. So I do: "Get an IP address automatically.
