IBM T40 Ethernet Card Help

I hope someone can help me. I bought an IBM T40 in Canada a few years ago. Until recently the hard drive is completely broken with many areas damaged so thats why I bought another one ... the thing came when you install Windows XP SP2 to the new disc .. everything went perfect until I want to install drivers (lan, wireless modem .. etc etc). I downloaded the Everest and I went to Lenovo site and downloaded the same drivers which was required but even so I do not see any effect .. and continues as if they had not been installed.

I need to install network controller (the wireless), video controller, unknown device (located in controller compatible with microsoft acpi )??... Ethernet and modem pci

Please if anyone can help me solve the problem .. drivers attempt to recover the disc but not useless. I updated the bios and still the same.

I have installed .. I downloaded even looking at the serial number .. but it is still installed and all the same .. That is strange.
