    Auto-Protect presented an unexpected error ... "(3035.6)

    Good afternoon I have a problem with the Norton Internet Security and Windows Vista. It seems to me that something is infected, I get the following message "Auto-Protect presented an unexpected error ..." (3035,6) and thus protect the car will not start. If anyone has any idea as to what could solve it kindly.

    In a hp laptop came from the factory antivirus and firewall norton symantec, of which I have not heard very good things.

    Will removing these antivirus who saw in the computer and once the install avast or nod23?
