angry AVG 8 big problem, repeated booting

I am fed up with AVG 8. It always asks for booting after rebooting sometime several times in a row. I uninstalled it!!!

Yes you are right I was also facing same thing with AVG. Now I use Norton and it's the best.

Same thing happened to me. Two days ago I made a crucial decision... I installed AVG 8.0 and that was a mistake. I use windows XP and I do not have Threatfire. Well, since I have AVG 8, I experience serious problems: the whole system freezes. Not even Task Manager could help me out.

Of course, when it's uninstalled everything works perfect. So, I am going back to AVG 7.5 which was working great for me from a long time.

    Hi there,

Uninstall the AVG application completely from your computer system from the above given procedure then Reinstall the Application and download the Updates from the Internet and try to scan the hole system in the Safe Mode. This may remove the existing problem.
