problem with Eudora & avast

Hi,
I have Eudora & i installed avast waiting for the product key!
Now the problem is i cant open my mail account.
I get this error message when i try to open my email "Error reading from the network Cause: Connection closed by a foreign host. (0)" AND "POP server(goose@pop-server.san.rr.com) command error: ERR concurrent connection limit in avast exceeded(pass:20, processes:emproxy.exe[19], Eudora.exe[1]), there is a collision with another program."
What can i do?

Hi,
Can you tell us how you installed Avast?
May be the installation is wrong somewhare!
Try uninstalling & installing it again!

Yes & don't forget to restart your machine when you uninstall & again after the fresh install! Restart is important!
