'CEC_MAIN.exe' displayed?

REinstallation 'CEC_MAIN.exe' is displayed each time on my pc after I deleted some files and installed a new KASPERSKY 8. What to do?

I just met with the same problem and I found the solution.
You have to configure Kaspersky. You'll have to open Kaspersky and configuration then you click on control applications and then later on configure monitoring the activity, then you are looking CEC_MAIN.exe and you add to the trusted sites (move), you do the same with traybar.
