KIS alert "an atempted attack on my computer was succesfully repulsed"

i got this alert on my PC kaspersky internet security last night for almost 7 times saying that an atempted attack on my computer was succesfully repulsed.

    Dont worry!

This alert messege you got is exactly what your antivirus is supposed to do.
You need not to be worry about your computer since your computer is safe.
If you want to check the location of the IP address its possible.
You can use these sites to track the IP address.
