    How to remove these viruses?

    I have an AVG antivirus. This antivirus detects a lot of viruses and spyware, I want to delete them, what to do. Apparently, it is not giving me the options to do so.

    What are the options you are using? In any case I use Spybot S & D for spyware Spybot S & D and for the antivirus I use Avast!
