Insert image in text box with word wrap

As my title says I need to insert an Image file in to text box and entering text in the same box which should be wrapped. But when I try doing it as per the instructions, after inserting the image it wont allow me to access the wrapping options. Alternatively I also tried inserting the image into a table, and then having the text wrap arround the table, but that didnt work either. Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone please tell me what should I need to do ?

Sorry to say but I’m not able to understand what exact you are trying to do. Can you describe exactly what you're trying to accomplish, beginning with the full page, and working your way to the inside where the picture is? Until then let me guess. If you are trying to put border around the text then simply use a page border. Secondly, if border that separates the text from the picture you need to insert a a rectangular shape and setting its wrapping style to square or tight.

I’m actually not able to insert a shape into a text box, only draw it on top of one. I'm just surprised that you can set word warping to an image that isnt in a text box, but not to one thats in.
