Convert Word templates <dotx> to <dot>

I just want to know how can i convert Word templates <dotx> to <dot> .

Hope someone over here will be able to help me out, thanks in advance.

Below is what you have to do:

Click on office button and then on save as
After that click on other formats and select Word 97-2003 Template (.dot)

In case you are using old version of Word then i will like to inform you that the compatibility pack does not support template files. It supports .docx and .docm templates only.
