avery address label 8195 (60 per page)

I purchased this product called avery address label 8195 but I am not able to find a template for it. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

I guess you are using MS Word, so you can go at the below link and click on Blank Templates and then enter 8195 in the Product Number Searc box:

Incase you are able to find it anywhere then you can simply find it with New Label and it will work for you.

I tried doing what you suggested and it doesn't work. Why is this product being sold if there's no option for it in MS Word?? You can't even download the label. I tried several of them. I just want a blank one.
