"The Ultimate Steal" deal Licensing Terms - Multiple Computers

I have checked on most sites, but havent got a solution for my querie about the program available to college students like myself that provides the MS office 2007 ultimate at some price. There are some threads similar to each other, one says that you can install the "Ultimate Steal" on 3 desktops + 1 portable and another thread says that it falls under the same terms as any retail version. Which one is the right suggestions here?

If you are getting any of those edition you can simply go for the same. Microsoft releases this kind of offer at a time period on some editions only. This edition allow you to get more license on cheaper rate. By the way I am not able to find out anything similar to that and hope there would be available soon.
