Master Category List in Outlook 2007

When i click on categories button in Outlook 2007, i can see categories which are in use in Exchange Public Folders, Contacts list. However, when i use a system that was upgraded to Outlook 2007, then i am able to see six color categories only. I want to know if there is a way by which i can force other system to pick up the custom categories as well ?

Any idea? anyone? Any help regrading this will be appreciated.

Spiritual you just have to right click on Mailbox-Username and select properties >upgrade to color categories and you are done. Just give it a try and let me know if that works, best of luck.

I have tried doing that several times but it doesn't work. As soon as i click on "upgrade to color categories", i get a warning saying "It might take some time for completing the task, do i want to continue ?"
Nothing happens if i click on continue, isn't there any other workaround to do that?
