what is catastrophic failure error code 0x8000FFFF

I am trying to download some clipart but I am getting the error message that says "Clipart Organiser cannot complete the operation catastrophic failure error code 0x8000FFFF". Previously, I was able to download the clipart without any issues but this problem started just now? Can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

There are already some post to fix this problem. You just need to update your Java software which will take care of the issue.
