Word detected a problem with the existing Normal.dot

I need some help with fixing the word template. My system is connected to Windows Server 2003. When I open the file I am getting a template error on the screen. I am not able to fix the same. It is giving me the error each time when I try to open the file. It looks the template is corrupted. I had deleted the old one and then thought this would be created back again.

Try to delete the template once again and then check back. It looks word is unable to create a default one. I hope you are logged in as administrator. That would fix the issue. You can also get a normal template from the web and try to work on that. Try to check out for new updates. There will be some fix provided in the same.

Try to run a repair setup if the issue is more complicated. That will modify the damaged file and fix it. I always do this whenever I face any problem with Microsoft Office. It can be a bit annoying to work on it or to find some fix through web. Just run the repair setup. That's all. The issue will be resolved.
