Outlook 02 settings for sbcglobal.net mail

I cannot send mail with Outlook 2002 via sbcglobal.net, which is ATT Yahoo, but I am able to receive it. The ATT Yahoo tech support told me to call Microsoft to check about changing the SSL settings because they were conflicting with ATT mail servers. Is there anyone who has got some solution for this issue? Thanks.

I think that you can change the SSL settings within Outlook in the Account properties and troubleshoot the same.

I already know that I can change the settings there but I dont know what do I need to change them too? Any ideas?

Has SBCGlobal been taken over by another company. Where do you find their contact information like a phone number if you need help with your internet work?
