    wms idle

I dont know why but almost with every install in the last couple of days on Windows XP, and different version of Office 2003, after a couple of shutdowns, we get an End Program "Wms idle" error, and have to manually hit the End Now button to shut down the system. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue?

Actually WMS is a Windows Messenger Service and if you are a home user, then you should not need the Messenger service running. You can disable it, the same can be found in services. The Messenger service is usually dependent upon other services to start. You might want to check your event viewer.
