change default blue in Communicator?

There are different office applications on which we can change the default blue skin on it, and I have also did that quite often, but I have just installed Microsoft Office Communicator 2005 and I want to apply a different skin or change the color sheme for Communicator other than its blue skin, is that possible?

I dont think that there is any skinning feature in Communicator, sorry.
