Microsoft Outlook 2003 : Send / Receive and POP3 error.

I am using Outlook 2003. This is the default email client I am having and it was working well. There were some Windows Update installed in my system recently. After when installation was done Outlook started giving problem. When I click on Send and Receive button I am getting a error message on the screen. The message says that it is unable to connect to POP3. I am using a Hotmail account.

Try to reconfigure that. It looks there are some updates applied to Outlook also due to which your settings are restored. You can do one thing here. You can try using Hotmail Connectors. That will help you. Download Hotmail connector once again and run the setup. Then try to reconfigure the account and check back. It will work fine. The error is just due to misconfiguration.
