"unable to connect to microsoft office online"

If I am opening any Office 2003 programs then I cannot perform a search online. The settings that I am using is correct to allow this and my firewall is set to allow these programs to connect to the internet. I have searched all over and cannot get a solution for this problem? Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue? Thanks.

Can you tell us whether you are able to browse the microsoft website? Is the problem happening with all the applications? Are you logged onto Windows Live when this is happening, or is it independant of a current login? Did you try to delete your cookies by closing all Internet Explorer instances and even rebooting the system?

I dont know how, but now I am able to access the website without any issues. I have not done anything with the settings, it just started working again.
