Sounds like you are trying to set Page Setup > Sheet >"Rows to repeat at top" to a non-contiguous range. Do you have something before print code that is running which attempts this?
Microsoft Excel might be having difficulty in setting up a communication with the printer. This error message can appear if one of the following conditions exists:
- The regional settings for your computer are damaged.
- If you use a network printer, the printer driver may require the printer port.
- The printer has an invalid network name.
- The printer driver is corrupted.
- In the file "Win.ini" there is a fault in the line "device =" front: device = HPX LaserJet5Si, PCL5EMS, \ \ server name \ printer ID
If you have a book in Excel, when printing an error popped up "labels for printing must be contiguous and complete rows and columns," then try to go to the "Page Options - View." Set the scale at 100%. It should work. Most often this error occurs after the copy sheet from one workbook to another.
