How to create Weekly Sales Report in Excel spreadsheet

I was just wondering if anybody has heard of "WSSI" Weekly Sales & Stock Intake. I need help making one and I do not know where to start?
Anybody please can point me in the right direction. Or can show me a sample. SO if you have any ideas or any of the suggestion then please let me know.
