Multiple Email Accounts in Outlook 2010

I recently set up 2 email accounts and under Outlook 2010 just as I have them set up under Live Mail which I will abandon once I get Outlook working like I want it to. When I send an email from the laptop that I have to each account they appear in my Desktop Outlook's Inbox only. In Live mail I have the 2 accounts, each with its own Inbox? Can anyone tell me a way to set up Outlook to have separate inboxes for each account? Thanks.

I guess that pop mail might be the default behaviour, unless you set up each mail account to use as a different data file, in which case you will have 2 sets of Personal Folders, each set having the default folders.

Thanks for the reply, I followed your suggestion and now I think all is ok as it should be.

Follow the below steps:

1. First of all go to Start and then Control Panel and then Mail.
2. After that a popup window will appear 'Mail Setup - Outlook' with three options.
3. You will need to press 'Show Profiles..'
4. After that again a New window will appear 'Mail'
5. Now you have to press 'Add' and create a new profile
6. A new profile will be created for each account separately
