    Converter failed to save file

I recently upgraded my Office 2003 to Office 2007 Enterprises edition. Since then don’t know why I’m not able to read any .pdf files either directly from a web site or in an email sent from another PC. I tried getting some solution regarding from web but it appears that there are many people struggling with the same and there is no solution yet.

Did anyone here have faced this and fixed it successfully? Can you help me out?

    Thank you

Problems are usually easy to fix if you get any error message. Error messages help us to get to the cause of problem. So if you are getting any error message while reading PDF files, please post it here.

Yes, I’m getting an error while opening pdf files. First when I click them, it prompts me to Open or Save. Here if I select Open, it says "The converter failed to save the file".

And if I download/save it on my hard drive and then try opening it, it says the same thing again.

    Now what?

Well this is not the office problem, it is related to Adobe. Hence the best thing I can suggest you is uninstall Adobe Reader from your system, restart and install Adobe reader again. It should work fine.
