information on MS-6714

I have bought a motherboard MS-6714 of MSI. You can see the attachment for its look. I got it from a sale and thought it would be good for my P4 PC as the motherboard is for Intel.

But the problem is that i dont have any information about it. No manual nothing. I searched for information on this board and only found that its an E-Machine made motherboard. I am also unaware about the pins of this board.

Where can i get the manual about this motherboard or if someone can provide some information about this board than it will be very helpful.
