Difficulty in accessing bios of Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H motherboard

I having a bit issue while accessing the bios of Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3Hmotherboard. I am pressing the F2 and Del key simultaneously from the keyboard to enter into the bios. But that is not working. I had gone with number of different attempts but it failed to work. The second thing I did is used a PS2 keyboard on the board. But still the same issue. I am not able to get in the bios. I think by default the F2 and Dell keys give access to the bios of almost all board. What should Id o.

Just one time check the motherboard manual. I think there you can find the default key to access the bios of your motherboard. It looks the motherboard is not able to detect the keyboard due to which the bios menu does not appear.

Most of the time usb is disabled in the bios. But atleast you should be able to enter through ps2 keyboard. If that is not working then just try the different ports on the backside. There are different usb ports which you can use. The second thing you can do is use the bios update utility of Gigabyte and run a fresh bios update. This will fix the issue. You might also get a latest version from the official site. Download the same and run the update. If still nothing works then you board has a hardware issue. You have to carry it to the service center for repair. The usb ports or ps2 ports on the background are not appropriate.

Bios flash will fix the issue. You can do that through Windows. Gigabyte provides a nice tool which comes in the driver cd. You can run that to update the bios and get the best performance. Just try that first and test back.
