Best Intel motherboard for gaming

Guys I am building a new rig for gaming purpose and was thinking which Intel motherboard will be best for me. I have checked out few ones but either they are quite costly or are not impressive with their specs. My budget is $200 and I want to get the best one within that. Just suggest me a couple of one’s so that I can cross check them for my final choice.

I agree upon that, Intel boards are not good for gaming. I will suggest you to get “ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS”. It falls within your budget and is one of the best boards for gaming within your range. You can get this board and get Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz if you want. Combination of these two will surely build up a gaming rig.

I really don’t agree on that, as per my experience with “Intel Desktop Board Extreme Series ATX Form Factor for Second Generation Intel Core Family Processors BOXDP67BGB3” Intel is good for gaming as well. I have build up a new rig recently and I haven’t faced any kind of issue while gaming because of the board. It works great, in my case I am using Intel Core i7 processor but you can get Intel corei5 processor as well. One of my friends is using it with same board and I haven’t heard of any complaints from him.
