SSD Drive/ Hot Swap Bay on P8Z77-V DELUXE (Asus)

I just bought a HAF X case and also a 256 GB SSD drive I want to use for my OS as well as some games... I have a hot swap bay in my case I can install this in ( if wise) and I need to figure out the best port to plug this into my P8Z77-V DELUXE for performance and speed?
This is a FRESH BUILD AND i AM BRAND NEW TO ALL OF THIS.
My second drive is a 300GB VelociRaptor 10000RPM drive I want for storage.
Using 32GB corsair mem on a windows ultimate 7 version.
Vid card is a gtx 580 classified and cpu is a I7 3770k unlocked.

And help on best way to hook that SSD drive to my mentioned mother board would be a great help. Thank you!

I think that the white ports are sata3 for ssd's and set sata ports to ahci in the bios before you install windows then if by chance in the future you decide to add in an ssd you have already setup for ahci. Hope that helps you out.
