In my desktop I have installed the Asus P8P67 deluxe motherboard and using the desktop without any problem. My friend told me to update the BIOS of the computer but I don’t know from where can i download the same. I want to update the BIOS of my motherboard and also wanted to know that what benefits i will get by updating the same ?

Also please let me know how to update the BIOS? Thanks in advance

I have updated my bios using the Asus update utility. Here are the steps for updating the BIOS through Asus update utility. First download the update file of your bios by visiting the official website of the Asus.
1. Open the Asus update utility software.
2. Choose update bios from a file.
3. Select the file which you downloaded.
4. After you select the update you will see the Flash button.
5. Click on the flash button and let the software do the update.
6. As the update is complete restart the computer and your update is finished.
