Updating driver for AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 6000+

I had purchased the computer about 3 months ago. I am having the AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core processor, 500GB hard drive, 2 GB RAM, Asus Motherboard and 1GB graphics card.

I recently came to know that the drivers I am using are not the latest one. I want to update the drivers but have no idea as this is my first computer and not so techie. Can anyone help me in updating the drivers? How do I update the drivers of my computer. Thanks in advance
