well i checked on the web about this and this is what i found that the technical data that helped to classify the E-350 APU has a TDP of 18 watts, a value of mobile solution. AMD, the encounter with the press last year, we had said that he expected the arrival on the market for ultraportable notebooks and nettops with APU E-350 and E-240 below 500 euros. Entered in the Mini-ITX design of ASRock E350M1, the solution we have tried in this article is distinctly voted to enter into the nettop. Nevertheless, this may include hardware together very different from an Atom dual-core processors with TDP of 8 watts at a Core i5. The platform Brazos, consequently, is placed in the middle. hope this help

This is all about the cpu that can draw a low power . not all system a require the fast computing system well some need to be working on all the time and fro those the energy efficiency is important

Yeah that I agree with you that the that CPU are not much purpose for it on a desktop. I don’t believe that there are so many cases where the few extra couple watts from a llano will make any difference. Although it is pretty awesome for the netbook

AMD E350 Equipped with dual-core 1.6Ghz Bobcat and integrated Radeon HD 6310 (80 Steam Processors), the new AMD Fusion processors have had no problem to beat the dual-core Intel Atom D525 (1.8Ghz), also surpassing NVIDIA ION solution in most games.

The E-350 dual-core processor, running at 1.6 GHz, Fusion is the fastest processor of the introduced four and is the basis of many Fusion motherboards in recent weeks have been introduced. The majority of these boards is Mini-ITX. No wonder, AMD's Fusion processors focuses on small and fuel-efficient PCs and notebooks.

AMD focuses on entry-level family Brazos notebooks and netbooks. Trump is an extremely low power consumption and a relatively fast DirectX 11 graphics card. The latter is especially important. It is anyway good for that with the new AMD chips finally an answer to Intel's Atom - all that comes at a time when the largest netbook hype is over. But where the graphics capabilities of Intel Atom processors still kind words are awful - an HD video on YouTube watching is not even possible! - AMD promises excellent 3D and video performance. A netbook with slightly lower CPU performance than a dual core Intel Atom but in return much better multimedia capabilities, according to AMD definitely better and we can buy it there in the base only agree. Fusion brings exactly that:

The AMD E-350 (codenamed Zacate) is a dual-core processor with integrated graphics and memory controller (single channel DDR3-1066) for small laptops and netbooks. It is intended as a direct competitor to the Intel Atom processors (eg, Atom N550 ). The two Bobcat cores can be 512 KB Level 2 cache and, unlike current atom cores "out-of-order" execution. This is the CPU at the same clock speed faster than a Pinetrail atom (eg, as the slightly lower clocked dual-core Atom N550 ). The power is sufficient but not reach the same Penryn clocked Celeron or Athlon Danube. On average, the E-350 for example is a bit slower than a Pentium SU2300 at 1.2 GHz or Athlon Neo K325 with 1.3 GHz.
