IRQ is unassigned for PCI slot of Intel Server Board S1200BTS

Well I am getting an issue with PCI slot of Intel Server Board S1200BTS. I found that BIOS did not assigned an IRW for this particular slot. I had already checked with four different kind of PCI cards and I got IRQ "-1” which mean it is not assigned. I had doublechecked pci.exe which is showing pci configuration space for each of the pci device.
Also IRQ is showing 0xFF. pci.exe saying that interrupt line INTA is connected to PCI slot but there was no interrupt assignment. For your information I have installed the latest version of BIOS but still I was not able to found any setting to assign interrupt to PCI slot.
Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

I think it is PCI 32/33 5V slot. It seems that it has a lane which can be shared with I/O VGA port. But still I wanted to whether you are using onboard video? Do you have installed any additional video card apart from on board one? Does any PCIe cards working on your board?

Hey thanks a lot replying promptly.
Yes I am having 32bit/33MHz PCI slot. Currently I am using onboard video card and PCIe is working appropriately. Also the onboard network devices are seems to be perfect and they are having interrupt assignments for the same. however I checked the settings for the onboard video card and noticed that PCI Interrupt is INTA# that means there is no interrupt assigned for the same.

As bridge did not suppose to generate an interrupt, the BIOS which you have installed on your systems should be programmed the value to FFh according to PCI bridge specification. I don’t think so the issue is concerned with video card .
