MSI 970A-G45 with AMD FX-8120 showing wrong temperature

I have configured the AMD FX-8120 at stock 3.1 GHz. It runs smoothly even at full load for 5 to 6 minutes. At initial stage, the temp is between 40 and 43 but after that suddenly255 (core temp and AMD overdrive). Both programs indicating that processor is running at 1.4 GHZ. Is it the wrong temps or something else?

With an overclocked 4GHz (1.25V), the maximum core temperature is 48 degrees when it is Cooled with a Zalman CNPS 9900NT. Certainly not the best cooler but enough for my needs. As for the BIOS settings, I now have tried everything imaginable. But come on no green branch. Yes you use the 990FXA-UD5 - basically the mainstream version of the 990 GB boards. However, it should also include the GB-low-end FX board to be sufficient for stable settings. Extreme OC I will not do so well. My desired goal would be 3.6GHz at the lowest possible V-core. As it stands, it works at 1.05V - if not constantly beat these drops would be.

The temps on the MSI board were consistently higher, weaker presumably due to the cooler. However, it seems the FX-8120 nearly 60 degrees to interfere very little. As noted before, I have the 8120 run with default settings and undervolt with 1V. More can be calculated from the Mini-MSI board does not get out anyway.

I conclude that the processor does not have any apparent temperature problem, and that the problem is with the plate, because when you enter the bios it goes crazy and puts the CPU to 100% full staying close to the maximum temperature similar to that of prime95.
