does boxed Xeon E3 include heat sink and fan ?

Hey guys, just want to clarify whether boxed Xeon E3 comes with heat sink and fan or not? I have looked for its specification but t is not present on the Intel site and none of the retailers know anything about this! Can anyone of you tell me if it comes with heat sink and fan or not? Thanks in advance.

These processors are designed to use with different types of server chassis so even if you get fan with this processor it may not fit on most of the chassis so that is the reason that Intel has not provided with any fan with this processor. For this particular processor you will have to buy a separate fan and heat sink according to your server chassis.
