EVGA X79 FTW restricted to 32 lanes instead of 40

Hi, i have EVGA X79 FTW motherboard and i used it for online gaming and surfing internet sites. I read few articles about this motherboard and found that this motherboard only contains 32 lanes which is normally 40 lanes provided by the Intel. So, i talked about this issue with the EVGA customer service but they didn't explain much about it. It capable to run 2-way SLI at x16-x16. When the PhysX card insert it another slot, it dropped down to run at x16-x8 for your SLI. Because of this issue, i can't able to run at 6000x1080 screen resolution when gaming. Hence i want to get the full descriptions over it. Can you describe why such things presents on this motherboard?? thanks for any informatory.

I check the specification of this motherboard and found that this will provide "PCI-E Slot Arrangement - 1x16, 2x16, 3x8". It would be possible that you overlooked that by mistake. hence check this thing and locate its result.
