Unable to identify the motherboard model

hey, I have motherboard from dell with intel 815 chipset with 133 fsb powered by OEM c3 933. When I start the pc it does not show any thing. It is just a black screen. Can anyone tell me how to find the model number or if you know which model do I have please tell me. I will find the the bios update myself. i can tell you the numbers I have here on the board: AA A38740-403/E210882. Your help will be appreciated.

Motherboards which are present in the dell are specially made for dell only. You won’t find anything about them. They are difficult to identify if you don’t know the model no. I think only dell will be able to give more information about it. I tried searching for above mentioned information but couldn’t find anything that will help you.

I have some good news for you. I tried searching by the marking: E210882.It redirected me to the intel official website showing multiple download options. They say this marking is industry specification and not to identify the motherboards. Please go to the website, and visit the tab which says “support”. There you can search your board with the AA number. It is the 9 digit number printed on the sticker on the board. Just find this AA number on your board and search it. You will get the appropriate information and the driver required for your board. Thanks.
