AMD FX-8150 or Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition

My system is ready for upgrade now. Currently my computer is running with Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition . it is good enough for my daily usage but if i decided for upgrade then i am thinking about installing AMD FX-8150. Do you think that it is better than Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition? i am talking about performance wise.

Exhibiting a standard clock of 3.3 GHz Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition date the fastest AMD processor, the Phenom II X6 1090T only around 100 MHz. The integrated feature packed with a maximum turbo clock of 3.7 GHz, 100 MHz is also on top, but it is the record for gigahertz AMD CPUs - worked so far so fast no Athlon or Phenom. As with all the "Black Edition" models of AMD, you can freely adjust the multiplier of the processor, which facilitates overclocking. Compatible with all the X6 1100T AM3 motherboards and also with older AM2 (+)-PCB, ready for a corresponding bios.

At a performance level 1100T is better, since the FX 8 cores were made with a problem.

the new AMD microprocessor get for very little to bridge the gap between current performance Phenom II and Core i7, although, as sensed by its price, can not overcome the latter, nor offers the performance one would expect from an 8-core CPU and AMD promotes it (which is actually a CPU modules with 4, 8 ALUs and Sharing), but unfortunately still missing many more tests to give a more accurate response which we will the coming days with the departure of the official reviews of the new microprocessor AMD FX.

In my case at least, most likely just buy a Phenom II X6 (not very logical upgrade but I always wanted an X6, although I find most illogical to pay much more for something new that can not be overcome by a good margin above architecture, as Thuban, not to mention that the X6 would certainly drop in price with the output of FX).

Among my PC I have a Phenom II X6 1055T and I must say that while away from being the best AMD microprocessor has a very solid performance in video encoding (Pinnacle Studio and PowerDirector). Viewing other reviews filtered in terms of IPC, Zambezi Thuban not get beat, and only exceeds the latter by its more frequent and more aggressive Turbo ... in order not expect miracles at this point, and I see so far is shaping up as the Zambezi Netburst to AMD; IPC which is somewhat lower compensated frequency pure brute force, but include at least the consumption of FX could not classify as high as it was at the time of Netburst. Personally I hope to see final tests with video encoding software for virtualization and encouraged me to see if a Zambezi with 4 modules.

Tests are not bad, the AMD FX-8150 gains in speed eg when decompressing files in Winrar and games at most only lose 3 FPS compared to Intel Core i7 2600K, the icing will set the final price is unknown for now exact price, only conjecture doing a currency exchange. You could see how AMD said that it would be cheaper FX platform, being able to buy a plot and get a result better than the Intel platform.

There are comparisons between the AMD FX-8150 and a Phenom II X6 1100T appeared. Both processors were running at 4.2 GHz in order to create a comparison of performance based on the same clock cycle. Thus achieved the FX-8150 in Cinebench R10 CPU core with a 4249 points. The Phenom II X6 1100T comes to 4815 points. Is using all available cores, the FX-8150 to 23 434 points - the Phenom II X6 1100T at 23 369 points. The somewhat newer Cinebench R11 know from 1.03 points and 1.27 points for the bulldozer for the predecessor. With all the cores are 6.95 and 7.38 points.

I had already seen, but rejected with a frown.
I could now go forward so that my X6 was a good investment in the future.
But if the details have hand and foot, then that would be bitter for AMD.
In my opinion you could not reach the targeted regions of a target price in order 2600K.
A 1090T will cost only 135 EUR. The times were very delicate 100 EUR more!

The 1100T is great but is becoming an architecture that has now passed. In my opinion, but to buy and be sure and satisfied of BD should wait for the next step and updated versions of software as described by long-haired, at the moment I would not recommend it.

I think at this point you have to correct the source of this question, it is unlikely that AMD released what worse.
Well, now the FX8150 also has 8 cores, which are perhaps not always used.
But that's still no real justification or even an apology. I would enjoy these values with caution.
