In this particular matter I wanted to know which program do you using to get the CPU reading. So make sure that the CPU program which you have installed reading appropriately. You should reinstall the program and see what readings you are getting.
Also you can use any of the below mentioned CPU program.
    • AIDA 64
    • AMD System Monitor
    • PASSMARK

Hey thanks a lot man for replying. I will try the program which you have mentioned over here and let you know about the results.

Also you should know that Task Manager is showing only single graph for the processor.

Device Manager is also showing one processor.

I hope the above mentioned information will give you idea regarding the problem.

Well troubleshoot the issue you have to perform following steps.

    1. you have to launch MSConfig and go for Boot tab.
    2. Now you have to go for Advanced Options and uncheck the Number of Processors.
    3. Once you have done exit the MSconfig and reboot the system.
    4. Also you should download as well as install EasyBCD.
    5. After installing you have to go for Advanced Options and click on the "Limit Widows to '0' CPUs (Leave 0 to reset)”.
    6. Finally click on the Apply Settings and close the software.
    7. Once completed restart the operating system and see whether it is working or not.

Looking at the matter I am suggesting below mentioned steps to resolve the issue.
    • You have to enter into BIOS settings.
    • Now you have to look for the Max CPU ID Value or something like CPU ID Max Val.
    • You have to see that the it should be disabled.
    • After doing the same you have to save the setting which you have done and Exit BIOS.

There could be compatibility issue between the motherboard and CPU which you have installed on it. So I recommend that you should see that the motherboard is having support for the CPU. You can get the idea about the same by reading the manual provided by the motherboard or visiting the official website of the motherboard manufacturer.
