No hard disk is listed after loading of Windows 7 on MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3)

I am having MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3) motherboard. I wanted to use Intel Rapid Storage Technology option on SSD as well as hard drive. I have used the steps which are provided into the motherboard manual but after doing some of those steps I was not able to load Operating system since the drive was not available. Let me know if you are having any idea why I am suffering from the above mentioned issue. I am waiting for the prompt replies of yours. Thanks a lot in advance.

What was the results after pressing the F6 to load the menu for the installing the rd party driver for RAID controller. also let me know what was the output when you have pressed Ctrl + i? was you getting Intel RAID menu with all the drive information? If you have not done the same then let me know about the same.

I have already press F6 from the keyboard to load the 3rd party driver and it seems to worked for me successfully. Also after pressing Ctrl + i I have managed to get the Intel RST Option ROM menu and it is listing only one hard drive. Also status of the hard drive was disabled. If I am not wrong there is need of doing something with the RST Option Rom menu before loading the operating system which will allow the hard drive will show the storage device if needed.

Even I was also facing the same problem which you have stated over here. I went to the Intel RST screen at the time of Boot and I was able to choose the Set isks to non-RAID and modify the SSD drive from the disabled RAID0 caching volume to a non-RAID device.
Also I have set RAID for the SATA devices in the BIOS setting. Once I have done the same I was able to boot up and able to go for Intel RST software. Also I was not able to get the SSD drive is being used as into the unusable volume.

If you are not able to fix the matter of yours than I am suggesting that you should contact the MSI and get the further assistance on this particular matter.
