Corsair CML8GX3M2A1600C9 on MSI P67A-GD53

I have MSI P67A-GD53 motherboard recently when I try to insert Corsair CML8GX3M2A1600C9 RAM onto it then it gives POST problem. I don’t know why this happen onto it. Please help me to do fix this complicated issue onto it. Then help me to fix this issue. Thanks.
