    Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 and Corsair TR3X6G1866C9DF

My trouble is that when I start the PC is started by a couple of seconds and then closes then starts normally, but as the BIOS loads are reported to have changed the configuration of the memory due to the lack of AC (s) . Then change the settings of 8-8-8-20 1066MHz memory.

If I go into the BIOS and configure it or put in Profile1 1866MHz 9-9-9-24 settings manually will work for a few boot ups and the same will happen again. Any ideas on how to resolve them this would be appreciated.

Your CPU is simply definite to run at 1066 MHz memory is resetting your BIOS times due to mistake when trying to run in 1866 MHz.

It's the RAM voltage physically to 1.65V? Depending on your CPU / Motherboard can be made to run lower than 1866 MHz or slower, even though the times of the RAM is fine in the midst of 1866 MHz 11-11-11-30 2T attempt to scrutinize if it works @ 1333 MHz

Gigabyte specifications to say he has "2200/1333/1066/800 MHz DDR3 support" Memory Modules "well-matched with Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules."The TRX3X6G1866C9D also appears in the Memory hold up List for the motherboard.

I have set the voltage manually 1.64V RAM, which is the closest to the configuration of 1.65V.Is it necessary to adjust the voltage QPI / VTT higher than the automatic setting of 1.200V?The joint XMS RAM Profile1 and 1.650V QPI / VTT to 1.600V.

I doubt that Gigabyte motherboard is the problem. "Support" does not mean that all hardware components are capable of running at the pace of the motherboard is accomplished of running on. For a motherboard to "hold up" overclocking at frequencies higher than OE specifications, all in your PC system must be tight and all components must actually be capable of stable operation at high frequencies to OE specifications.

1.64V or 1.66V for the RAM is fine. That certainly will have to increase voltage QPI / VTT a> 1.3V, if you go to overclock memory beyond the specifications of the innovative computer's CPU. The cut and paste below might be of implication. Attempt a search for QPI / VTT.

I've seen people have troubles with their triple-channel kits clock higher than 1333. The key to achieving steadiness and 1600MHz is - you might have guessed - the QPI voltage. 1.3-1.35V seems to be adequate to take care of this. Note that Uncore frequency must be at least DRAM frequency x2.

Anything less than your system would not boot. Therefore, if you run the memory at 1600MHz, Uncore must be at least 3200MHz. Some BIOS take care of themselves and the greater the multiplier automatically Uncore. "END

As you pointed out that it is more a limitation of the CPU, which I did not realize. I made the task a little further on that after his post and all CPU i7 900 series are only pace to handle 800MHz and 1066MHz RAM.

I will do a number of researches on the voltage values QPI / VTT. The XMP profile makes it 1.6V RAM robotically. When I look in the settings physically flashing red 1.600V in the BIOS that is "not recommended warning" so have not tried to go through with it yet.

I would NOT set the QPI/Vtt to 1.6V as it's improbable that you necessitate being at 1.6V on that setting. Gigabyte's BIOS warnings are pretty precise.

Resolved in the end. Found some information on the web a great relationship with Gigabyte MB RAM and instability time. Setting the RAM to 1600MHz to a stable result with the start every time and able to run better times.

Do we have BIOS settings for the table sniper G1 (Corsair TR3X6G1866C9DF) (Kit of 3 x 2048) 1.65V?

No specific BIOS settings for any MB. Just what is printed on the labels of the modules.

I just want to go to BIOS setup and load default settings and enable XMP if you have an Intel chipset, which should be all you have to do in most cases.
